Forget perfection—this night is all about laughter, creativity, and connection.

Each couple will sit across from one another and spend the evening sculpting a portrait of their partner entirely from clay. Whether your sculpture turns out surprisingly accurate or hilariously questionable, the goal isn't perfection—it's making memories together.

With candlelight, fresh roses, wine, and plenty of laughter, you'll discover that sometimes the most imperfect creations become the most treasured.

  • All sculpting tools

  • Bisque firing for each sculpture

  • One glass of wine per guest (or botanical tea/sparkling water)

  • Light refreshments

The Rose Between Us
A Couples Flower Ritual

Workshop Details

Instructor: Shandi

Price: $250 per couple
Held: 2nd Saturday of each month

Class Size: 3 couples
Time: 8:00–10:00 PM

Overview

The Rose Between Us is an intimate guided experience designed to help couples slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful rituals together through flowers, intentional touch, conversation, and reflection. Rather than functioning as therapy or counseling, this experience offers a peaceful space to nurture emotional connection and teaches a flower ritual couples can continue at home.

Welcome Tea Ritual

Begin with rose tea and invite each partner to share their intention. Reflection prompts include: What made you fall in love? What do you appreciate most about one another? What season does your relationship feel like today?

Choosing the Flowers

Each partner intuitively selects flowers. Discuss common symbolism, colors, textures, and scents, then invite them to share why they felt drawn to each bloom.

Flower Reflection

Offer a symbolic interpretation of the bouquet as a conversation starter around themes such as trust, communication, tenderness, healing, friendship, passion, balance, or new beginnings.

Flower Touch Ritual

Teach partners how to gently offer flower touch therapy using consent, presence, slow breathing, and mindful touch with a rose or other soft blooms. Optional floral hand massage oil may be incorporated.

Appreciation Ceremony

Partners take turns completing prompts such as: 'I feel most loved when…', 'I admire…', 'My favorite memory is…', 'I hope we…'. The listener simply receives without interruption.

Relationship Bouquet

Together they create one arrangement representing the qualities they wish to cultivate. Encourage them to name their bouquet or shared intention.

Oracle or Goddess Message

Pull a relationship-centered oracle or goddess card as a symbolic invitation for reflection and discussion with one another rather than prediction. (optional)

Closing Blessing

Close with three shared breaths, a long embrace if desired, and a spoken blessing over their relationship.

Each Couple Takes Home

  • a small handmade vase

  • Their completed floral arrangement.

  • A flower essence blend.

  • Reflection prompts for future date nights.

  • A Flower message.

  • Good vibes
